Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our clinic as a Customer Care Executive. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience within our healthcare facility.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Interaction**: Serve as the primary liaison between the clinic and its patients. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling to optimize the clinic's schedule. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely scheduling.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate information about clinic services, procedures, and general healthcare information. Assist patients in understanding their medical insurance coverage and guide them through necessary paperwork.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Handle patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues, ensuring a positive resolution for the patient.
- **Follow-up Communication**: Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback from patients regarding their experience. Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing overall patient satisfaction.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records, verifying insurance information, and processing necessary documentation.
- **Maintain Confidentiality**: Adhere to strict confidentiality standards when handling patient information and ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and other team members to facilitate smooth clinic operations.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and patient-oriented approach to customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health records systems.
Qualifications:
- **any degree with additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.**:
- **basic computer knowlegde ( preferably MS Office)**:
- **Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.**:
- **Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
