Our diverse client base includes law firms, social services, businesses, and both public and private sector organizations across the UK. Additionally, we provide translation services for private individuals seeking assistance with personal and official matters.
Given our fast-paced environment, we are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a challenge and is interested in working remotely. We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of tasks, including invoicing and coordinating bookings for interpreters and translators.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Liaising with clients to address queries regarding bookings, interpreters, availability, and services.
- Responding to queries from both clients and interpreters.
- Handling general inquiries over the phone.
- Contacting interpreters to offer available bookings.
- Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within the required time frame.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed by the team or management
- Managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Prioritising workloads based on urgency and importance, with the ability to adapt focus as needed.
- Using tools and techniques
**Skills and experience required**:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and bubbly personality.
- Proficient in IT, including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
- Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong teamwork abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities while maintaining composure.
- Proactive problem solver with the capability to work independently and within a team.
- Proven ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities effectively.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams and provide clear updates on multiple projects.
Note: Freshers are welcome to apply; however, their consideration will be based primarily on their written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
