Job Description Business Banking Operations

1. Responsible for disbursement of Mortgage loans (Loan Against Property ), Working Capital (CC / OD facilities etc ) ,Health Care Equipment finance, Agri loans, WC facilities for Commercial Transportation Group and Inventory Funding which comprises of both Fund based and Non Fund based products ,
2. Coordinating with central operations for providing lines in preshipment, post shipment, letter of credit and Bank Guarantee cases, Also Setting up Temporary Overdrafts / Adhoc Limits under priorty TAT.
3. Incumbent should possess adequate Knowledge of scrutinizing the Legal / Valuation reports and should co -ordinate with Bank Vendors to ensure timely submission of Vendor repotrts
4. Preparation of Loan Documentation as per cam, should possess adequate knowledge on Constitutions / KYC norms
6. Calculating Drawing power for Setting up of limits based on stock statements provided by customer on monthly basis. Timely Updation of Insurance forms submtted by customer.
7. Handling of Foreclosure requests from Branches and Customers, seeking approvals for Foreclosure and handover of property documents to the property owners as per pre defined TAT
8. Monitoring and closing the deferrals Sought by the Business Units in System and tracking the same till the documents are vaulted/ sent to central operations team.
9. Record keeping of all file Logins, daily dispatches, vaulted properties & property releases.
10. Creation of Charge in ROC favoring bank by filing CHG -1 for company cases with in 30 days.
11. Conducting periodic training programs to the Business teams / RM's in disbursement documentation to reduce the FTNR and there by reducing the disbursement TAT.
12. Ensuring compliance of the documents as per Banks Policy and strictly adhering to Audit requirements and cutting on Operational risks.
