**Job Role: Customer Support Executive ( Claim Process)**
**Location : Andheri East, Mumbai**
- Listen attentively to customers' inquiries, concerns, or requests and address them effectively. Provide product information, and technical support to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and escalating when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to effectively engage and persuade customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Conduct customer surveys or satisfaction assessments to gather feedback.
**Requirements -**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a Insurance Claiming. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. should be able to handle multiple tasks, Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Insurance claim process: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Fluent English (preferred)
