**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities in thecompany’s CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
- Proactively identify and report recurring client concerns to improve processes and services.
- Requirements Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andOutlook effectively.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of 10+ years of schooling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a client support or customer service role is a plus.
