**About the Role**: As our Personal Assistant, you will provide essential support to our executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective management of their schedules and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in facilitating communication, organizing meetings, and managing various day-to-day responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executive Support:_
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Office Management:_
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Ensure efficient office workflow and maintain an organized working environment.
- Communication & Coordination:_
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between various departments and external partners.
- Assist in managing and prioritizing executive requests and tasks.
- Document Management:_
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare reports and documents for executive review.
- Administrative Support:_
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Assist with project management and administrative tasks as required.
- Provide support in preparing and editing presentations and other documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (highly desirable).
