**Job Description**:
As a B2B Sales Professional at Graceway, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by acquiring and managing business-to-business (B2B) customers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential corporate clients and secure contracts for our internet services. This role requires a strategic, results-oriented mind-set, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of internet service solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B clients through various channels, including online databases, industry events, and referrals. Build a pipeline of qualified leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients and tailor our internet service solutions to meet those needs. Conduct in-depth consultations and presentations to educate clients on the benefits of our services. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our internet services, features, pricing, and advantages. Address client questions and objections effectively. Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and quotes that align with the client's requirements and budget. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure accurate and competitive proposals. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements with potential clients. Work closely with the legal and finance departments to ensure contract compliance.

Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings. Provide feedback to the company on market dynamics, pricing strategies, and product improvements. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure progress toward sales goals.

Requirements: Proven track record in B2B sales with a focus on technology or telecommunications services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong understanding of internet service solutions and related technologies. Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic approach to sales. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and reporting.
