**About the Business / Function**
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler’s needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.
**About the Role**
To Operate go ahead tour by coordinating between Travel Agent & VI (Vertical Integration).
**Key Responsibilities**
- To Operate allocated/ confirmed tours.
- To ensure efficient & seamless itinerary planning.
- To coordinate with stakeholders at VI (Vertical Integration) /LDC (Long Distance Coach) & DO (Destination Office) (wherever applicable) for bookings as per requirements of agent.
- To have a close eye on Overbudgets.
- To ensure timely & correct invoices, once tours are terminated.
**TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE**
- Good knowledge of destinations and tourist attractions in Europe.
- 6 to 7 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
- Industry/ Market knowledge.
