- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market share goals, and customer acquisition objectives. This includes identifying target market segments, defining sales tactics, and setting performance metrics.
- **Marketing Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's properties and brand. This involves conducting market research, identifying marketing channels, and creating promotional campaigns to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- **Team Leadership and Management**: Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**: Oversee lead generation activities, including advertising, digital marketing, direct mail, events, and referrals. Develop lead nurturing processes and sales funnels to convert leads into qualified prospects and ultimately into customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Implement customer relationship management (CRM) systems and processes to track interactions, manage inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Budgeting and Resource Allocation**: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing activities and regularly track and report on performance against targets. Analyze sales data, marketing metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the real estate industry, preferably in property development, real estate brokerage, or property management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
