Job Summary: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Sales & Marketing is a senior leadership position responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets. This role involves overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing activities within the real estate company, including market analysis, lead generation, client acquisition, branding, and promotional campaigns. The AGM works closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's objectives and enhance its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Identify target market segments, customer profiles, and sales channels.
- Establish sales quotas, targets, and performance metrics to track progress and measure success.
- Marketing Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's properties and brand.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

- Drive lead generation initiatives to generate a pipeline of prospective clients and customers.
- Develop and implement lead nurturing programs to convert leads into qualified prospects and clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, agents, and industry partners.
- Branding and Positioning:

- Manage the company's brand identity and positioning in the market.
- Develop branding strategies and messaging to differentiate the company's offerings and create brand awareness.
- Monitor brand perception and reputation, and implement strategies to enhance brand equity and visibility.
- Sales Team Management:

- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to sales professionals to achieve their targets and objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product positioning to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics affecting the real estate sector.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on real estate investment opportunities.
- Budgeting and Performance Tracking:

- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, marketing ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing activities, achievements, and challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and sales automation tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams to success.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
