Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Designation: Customer Service Representative**
**Work Days & Time: Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 7 PM (IST)**
**Roles & Responsibility**:
- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies outlined by the company.
- Match the pre-defined SLA’s standard.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
**Required skills**:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in customer service in the e-commerce industry
- Experience in online healthcare will be an added advantage
- Graduation in any field
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Strong hold on technical skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of concerns
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
