- **Communication**: Create and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, motivated, and connected with company goals and initiatives.
- **Employee Support**: Provide support to employees regarding engagement-related inquiries and concerns, and act as a liaison between employees and management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software or engagement tools is a plus.
- **Attributes**: Enthusiastic, empathetic, and results-oriented with a strong commitment to enhancing employee experience and organizational culture.
