We are seeking a Full Time Intern for our dynamic Human Resources team to join us immediately.

The HR Intern will have the opportunity to work in the Human Resource organization doing a variety of tasks related to HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development and Engagement & Communication.

This role will report into a HR Manager (HRBP Lead - RND Engineering & Tek Portfolio Solutions / L&D Lead – EMEA & India).

Responsibility:

The incumbent will be responsible for, not limited to:

Working closely with the HR Manager to assist in the day-to-day HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development and Engagement & Communication activities. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders as required for data gathering, information sharing, notifications, tracking and other tasks as assigned. Improving the data management system and creating insightful data analytics to help with the decision-making processes. Contribute to the ongoing efforts to help attract and retain Tektronix employees, including but not limited to, Preparing and sending the Monthly Org Dashboard to the Business LeaderTracking and closure of the Onboarding documentation for the New RecruitsTracking and closure of the Onboarding Feedback Survey for the New RecruitsTracking and closure of the Exit Formalities for the exiting employees Assist the Talent Acquisition and the HR Operations team with necessary data/supporting tasks, including but not limited to, Pre-joining documentation mail to the new recruits.Tracking and updation of the Exit TrackerTracking and updation of the HRBP related fields in the Recruitment SR TrackerUpdation and reporting of the Covid tracker for the India site. Creating content for Engagement & Communication for Tek India Team. Support in the designing program frameworks, communications and delivery of the HR Programs in the Tek India region.Responsible for the branding and communications/promotions of the GPTW activities in Tek India.Articles for Fortive/Tektronix internal communications like Behind the Scenes, Currents etc. Coordinate logistics and other details for EMEAI L&D projects like creation/updating shared folders, event coordination, feedback collection & analysis and creating communications content In the process of/completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field Ability to work as a Full Time Intern (minimum 40 hours/week) for a period of 1 year.

Required Competencies:

Fast learner, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with an interest in business and human resources. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills Excellent team player with the ability to build strong working relations with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Strong command on MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Good organizing and planning skills Good problem-solving skills Strong inclination towards data analytics Exposure to data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
