Designation: Business Development Manager/ Executive
Location: Hyderabad.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with Dealers, Lighting Designers, Architects, and Interior designers and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in sales performance or marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles in the lighting industry or related fields. (3 years minimum).
- Professional knowledge and experience in a B2B environment.
- Fluency in the local language.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel within the state or outside at times.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
