- Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store.
- Answering the phone call queries regarding the order.

- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Sensitivity and understanding.
- The ability to use your initiative.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada,Hindi & Tulu and other local languages.
- Update customer records in the company database as required
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Responsible for dealing with customer complaints.
- Having a friendly and engaging personality.
- Comfortable working with members of the public.
- Assisting on the delivery of products to delivery service agents
- Should have a confident manner.

Must be helpful and polite.
- Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day
- Should alert the stock team regarding stocks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment
- Be attentive to customers, providing answers to any questions
- Make recommendations
- Ensure a good selection for the customer and the product
- Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
