**Responsibilities**

As an Ad Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by selling advertising space or airtime to businesses and clients. You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with potential advertisers, understanding their marketing needs, and offering tailored advertising solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, communication skills, and market knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ad agencies and direct customers
- Exceeding revenue targets and adding value to your assigned category
- Manage resource(s), monitor and guide team member(s) to optimize results
- Scoping the market for new revenue ideas
- Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate terms and pricing to reach final agreements with clients
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, industry news, and competitors
- Utilize tools for building a big pipeline and sales efficiency

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in ad sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
