Customer Support Executive

Our company is a worldwide leader in providing technology solutions to Retail and Restaurant industries. Some of our clients need help desk support service for the Point-Of-Sale software that they have deployed at thousands of retail stores.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accept international customer calls in a high volume environment.
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Provide customer assistance
- Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
- Escalate issues to the next Tier with the next level of difficulty
- Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software.
- Ability to work under high pressure environment
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum degree of 12 + 3 in any field (BCA, DCA, etc.)
- 1 to 5 years of experience working in a Customer Support/ Call Center/ BPO Environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with mínimal notice. The work will mostly be in night shifts.
- Proficiency with a Point-Of-Sale software or other software is preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent oral communication skills (ENGLISH) - this is most important
- Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
- Self-motivated with very good interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
