ProWebScraper is a no-code scraping software solution that makes large-scale web data extraction effortless. Five years ago, we started this journey in Rajkot, Gujarat, with the vision to empower businesses with tailored solutions for data scraping, lead scraping, price monitoring, and more. We've been a bootstrapped startup, growing and innovating every step of the way.
**The Role**:
We're looking for a passionate and empathetic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a ProWebScraper Ambassador, you'll be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our platform.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients to the ProWebScraper platform and provide them with a top-notch onboarding experience.
- Communication: Maintain proactive communication with customers about product updates and action plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to improve our offerings.
- Customer Advocacy: Gather client testimonials, G2 reviews, and case studies to advocate for our customers.
- Retention: Ensure customer and revenue retention by keeping customers happy and invested in ProWebScraper.
- Support: Assist the Sales team with technical questions about the product when needed.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and consistently.
- Monthly Reviews: Conduct monthly reviews with our customer champions to communicate the value delivered and help sunset unused subscriptions.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Promote additional ProWebScraper products and services.
- Accountability: Take ownership of all Customer Success metrics such as NRR and LTV.
- Referrals: Generate referrals from existing customers.
- Product Adoption: Drive product adoption and provide insights to improve our offerings continuously.
- Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS product company.
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Project Management, or Customer Advocacy.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
