Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interpreting, translating and dealing with Japanese clients & customers- Risk identification and communicating it with stake holders- Co-ordinating with both teams during BAU, calls, offline works, and events-
- Decide on a course of action User testing Development Requirements confirmation testing requirements definition- Change management, Release management, evidence storage and approval handling-
- Managing the IDs on the snow instance- Customizing the instance and other templates as per the requirements- Creation and customization of the business rules, ACLs, UI Policies, UI action- Managing the assets and configuration
You can become an expert with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and get trained on a variety of different platforms. And you can earn certifications including Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, etc. In fact, the learning opportunities are what most people like best about this role. Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Minimum of 5to 7 years of experience in interpreting, translating and dealing with Japanese clients & customers.-
- Simultaneous interpretation during calls (update calls, KT etc) with Japan counterparts.- Certified in Japanese language with relevant experience.- ServiceNow operations - Coordination of risk checks, dissemination matters, investment performance meetings, etc.- Knowledge of ID creation/deletion, group creation/deletion, group delegation and classification.- Knowledge of creation/modification of ACLs, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI actions- Should have scripting knowledge (Java script, Python)- Communication with Japan and Global teams- Establish and enforce ServiceNow development and operational best practices.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience- Certified N2 professional- Experience of SNOW administration- Preferred certification of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)- Hands on experience on administration and configuration in ServiceNow Tool- Manage user accounts, roles and permission to align with organizational requirement- Customize forms, workflows and maintain core modules like Incident, Problem, and Change- Linux/AIX server implementation and troubleshooting experience in large environments
