- Customer communication of plant (Production/Purchase/Logistics/Partners)
- Root cause analysis of the communications.
- Coordination with internal and other departments to minimize unwanted communications.
- Detailed report and presentation on weekly basis.
- Feedback and training to be planed for improvisation.
