Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Address and resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and address escalations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Log and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
- Assist in generating reports related to customer support performance and feedback.
- Handle customer feedback and work closely with internal teams to provide resolutions.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a customer support or similar role.
- Excellent **communication skills** in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for **teamwork**.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
- **Work from Office** mode, comfortable working from our **Vile Parle** office.
- Available to work **Monday to Saturday**.
