**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive
**Location**: Vile Parle, Mumbai
**Compensation**: ₹30,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to satisfaction.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual and departmental KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 1 year preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

**Work Hours**:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (2nd and 4th Saturdays off).
