**Job Title**: LIC Executive (Chartered Accountant Firm)

Key Responsibilities:

- **LIC Policy Management**:

- Handle the processing and management of LIC policies on behalf of our clients.
- Review and analyze various LIC policy documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their LIC policies and provide guidance on policy-related queries.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct financial analysis of LIC policies and their impact on clients' overall financial portfolios.
- Assist in assessing the financial viability and risks associated with different LIC policy options.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing the financial implications of LIC policies for clients.
- **Client Management**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their LIC policies and related financial matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing LIC policies and insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all aspects of LIC policy management and client interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and submissions as required.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members, including financial advisors, accountants, and administrative staff, to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance professional development and collective expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a Chartered Accountant firm or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of LIC policies and insurance products.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
