HR & Admin Executive (Male)

_**.Responsibilities**:_
As an HR & Admin Executive at Corrosion Control Equipments Pvt.Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting our company's operations by managing human resources functions and providing administrative support. You will work closely with different departments and provide vital support to ensure the overall success of the company. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and applicable laws and regulations.
- Preparing and submitting documentation for regulatory compliance as required.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee contracts, job descriptions, and performance evaluation processes.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs.
- Maintain and update timesheets, employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance data.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment for optimal efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain various documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage company records, databases, and filing systems in a systematic and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist accounts departments by providing relevant employee information( eg. leaves of absence, sick days & work schedules
- Organizing travel & accommodation for the management, staff, workers & maintaining a tracker for the same.
- Cross check & tally the workers expense sheet
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Order office supplies and research new dealers & suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
