**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Avrio Energy Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients in the sustainable services industry. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our cutting-edge products and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop and implement customer-specific success plans, connecting customer-desired business outcomes to Avrio Energy products.
- Innovate improvements to the onboarding process to ensure successful adoption of products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and end-users, in the customer organization.
- Work with customers to understand their use case(s) and ensure effective utilization of Avrio Energy products.
- Develop and program manage deployment plans, ensuring proper integration with the customer's existing systems.
- Schedule, prepare for, present, and follow up on executive business reviews.
- Innovate improvements to the renewal process for timely and predictable revenue renewal.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, identify at-risk accounts, and proactively address issues to retain customers and manage contract renewals.
- Provide first-line customer support to ensure the functionality and reliability of Avrio Energy products.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing needs, pain points, and feedback, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams for cross-selling and upselling.
- Communicate customer insights and feedback to sales, marketing, and product development teams for product and service improvements.
**Qualifications and Skills Required**
- 3-5 years of customer-facing or relevant experience in post-sales activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise B2B customers, navigating complex decision-making processes, and retaining and growing enterprise accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in organizing customer success metrics and workflows in Salesforce or comparable CRM software.
- Strong team player with the ability to work well in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development opportunities.
**Nice to have**
- Relevant work experience or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent analytical degrees.
- Familiarity or experience in professional services engineering, project management, facilities management, construction, energy engineering, power systems engineering, asset management, built environment infrastructure, or data science.
- Familiarity or experience with modern IoT or sensor technologies.
