Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct research and identify potential corporate clients that align with the company's target market and industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate accounts.
- Understand the needs and requirements of corporate clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable contracts and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.

- Adept at consultative selling with the target group being - CXO's, CHRO & Admin Heads
- Good connects with Insurance Companies, Brokers and TPA will be an edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
