Customer Care Representative - Energy & Infrastructure

Role Description & Key Responsibilities- Processing and managing all types of purchase orders and related enquiries.- Working in accordance with and sharing best practice ERP processes,- Strong compliance focus in all financial transactions.- Ensuring all types of product enquiries are managed professionally- Ensure best practice in documentation- Competent and timely response on customer claims- Organise own work patterns around customer and business needs- Drive collaboration and company efficiency- Communication with customers- Transactional Order processing and coordination, incl. invoicing- Create Customer quotations- Record and maintain accurate and timely customer records, including complaints- Respond to customer enquiries, requests and concerns- Provide customers with answers to product related questions- Coordinate return orders- Issue Credit Notes- Identify and communicate sales leads- Transactional processing for invoicing customer orders.- Input complaint into NCR system as needed.

Required education, experience and job-related skills- Degreed and experience in commercially driven customer care at least (3-5years)- Service Orientation, finding balance between Hempel’s and customer’s needs- Experience in a busy customer service - B2B environment- Experience in standard operating procedures- Experience in using ERP -systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 - preferred.)- Proficiency with standard MS Office programs- Experience with CRM- Graduate - mandatory- Good communication skills - especially English- Knowledge of a foreign or South Asian language will be preferred
