**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a passionate Outbound Prospecting Associate, with an analytical & creative mindset. As an Outbound Prospecting Associate you will be responsible for generating highly relevant leads for our line of products.

**What will you do**:

- Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads for the Sales team
- Experience in lead identification/ contact research - preferably for the b2b SaaS industry via LinkedIn and secondary research
- Should be well versed with lead generation platforms like Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Discover.org, Clearbit etc.
- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and how our product can be leveraged to solve those problems
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Experience with doing market research to identify right target areas to increase leads
- Work with the product marketing team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database/Sales Pipeline of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets etc.) of prospective client information

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of work experience in Market Research & lead generation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Technology or equivalent.
- Should have excellent communication and analytical skills
- Self-starter and go getter
