**Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Inbound and Outbound Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. If you have a knack for sales, excellent communication skills, and basic computer proficiency, we encourage you to apply.

**Job Summary**:
As an Inbound and Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries and making outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth by effectively communicating the value of our products/services and converting leads into customers. This role requires excellent English communication skills and basic computer competency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introduce products/services, and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales processes.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities for product/service enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer competency, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
