**Food preparation and cooking**Preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant's menu and instructions. They ensure consistency in taste and quality across all dishes.
- **Food hygiene and safety**Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards, including storing ingredients properly, cleaning the work area, and keeping equipment in good working order.
- **Inventory management**Monitoring the list of ingredients and supplies in their section, and ordering the necessary items.
- **Menu development**Contributing to the development of new dishes and refining existing recipes.
- **Kitchen setup and cleanup**Setting up the kitchen before the restaurant opens, and cleaning and sanitizing the area before the restaurant closes.
- **Training**Supervising and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with them.
- **Team leadership**Leading, supervising, and motivating the shift team to deliver a high standard of food preparation and service.
- **Cost control**Monitoring portion and waste control to keep within budget.
- **Resource management**Helping to implement a program to reduce the department's use of resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
