We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Chinese, Indian, and Continental cuisines to join our dynamic culinary team. As a CDP, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Your expertise in these diverse culinary styles will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty (Chinese, Indian, or Continental cuisine) according to restaurant standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in your section, ensuring adherence to recipes and cooking techniques.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients specific to your cuisine and place orders as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of your section and adhere to food safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development within your area of expertise.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen team members to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Contribute to maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils in good working condition.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new techniques relevant to Chinese, Indian, and Continental cuisines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel, specializing in Chinese, Indian, or Continental cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors specific to your specialty.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant apprenticeship is a plus.
- Understanding of food cost control and portion management.
