**Job Overview**:
The Front Office & Sales executive will play a dual role by welcoming clients and managing the front office while also driving our Sales. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who is passionate about engaging with people in person and online.

**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Relations**:

- Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Guiding prospective clients through the course offerings, benefits, and enrollment process.
- Conducting follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance enrollment rates.
- Maintain detailed records of sales interactions and customer preferences for targeted marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Front Office Management**:

- Greet visitors and clients professionally, providing them with information about EvoFuture Grad’s services.
- Answer and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain office records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate office-related meetings.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in preparing sales reports, customer data, and administrative documents.
- Manage enrollment documentation, forms, and payment processing.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) for smooth execution of sales-related tasks.
- Help organize and execute promotional events, webinars, and seminars.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline; Bachelor's/Master's degree or any relevant sales training is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or front-office management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software and basic sales tools is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and customer-focused approach.
