- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule- Act as the liaison between clients and account executives- Be innovative with sales methods and approaches- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas- Direct the activities of high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and business revenue targets- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction- Lead by example, interacting with customers, closing deals, and demonstrating the most effective behaviors- Lead high-performing teams of sales advisors to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and business revenue targets**Skills**:

- Aggressive selling skills- Direct sales (IT Solutions/Services)- Strong Communication skills (Both written & verbal)- Teaming, liasoning, relationship Management, negotiation & business knowledge**Competencies**:
