**DGM - Interior Sales**
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies across diverse product lines to achieve company sales objectives and enhance profitability.
- Alignment of Design and Business Goals: Ensure the seamless integration of design initiatives with overarching business goals, creating a cohesive blend of creativity and strategic direction.
- Lead Allocation Leadership: Lead the allocation of B2C leads, ensuring prospects are effectively distributed to the sales team to maximize conversion rates.
- Exceptional Client Experience: Oversee the delivery of unparalleled client experiences at our Experience Center, transforming both offline and online leads into devoted patrons.
- Large Account Management: Manage and drive the growth of large accounts, turning them into foundational pillars of our scalable and prosperous enterprise.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, building a network primed for exponential growth.
- Channel Partner Innovation: Identify and nurture synergistic relationships with channel partners, driving the company towards unprecedented achievements.
