- Head the Test & Measurement Solutions (TMS) sales and service organization.
- Develop & refine the division’s business strategy and market positioning in consultation with Management.
- Identify and implement new growth strategies (such as new product lines and markets).
- Meet/ exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Recruit, mentor, and train team members in the sales/ service organization.
- Travel as required by the job.
