Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) - Work from Office. 6 days a week.

Domain - Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / Campaign Management Branding

Experience - 7 - 15 years (Max)

Qualification - MBA

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Performance Marketing / digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for strategic positioning.

- Build and maintain a strong online brand presence for the Company.

- Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns through various digital channels.

- Implement customer acquisition strategies to drive traffic and leads to the deployed online platform(s).

- Optimize user journeys and conversion funnels to maximize lead conversion.

- Creating and executing marketing campaigns that effectively generate leads to support the sales pipeline.

- Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital events, webinars, and traditional media.

- Analyse data and key performance indicators to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

- Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases the Company's expertise.

- Create engaging and informative content for various digital channels.

- Develop and implement social media campaigns to engage the target audience.

- Leverage social platforms for customer interaction.

- Oversee the acquisition of high-quality leads through online portals, manage vendor relationships and ensure efficient transaction processes.

- Optimize portal lead acquisition and conversion, through data analysis and collaboration with Sales Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

- 8 plus years of experience in Performance Marketing, strategic digital marketing, with a focus on the real estate industry will be an added advantage

- People Management experience.

- Proven track record of successful online brand building and lead generation.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities
