Lead the training function for Pre Sales Operations
Training:

- Own the new hire training and refresher training for Pre Sales operations
- Evaluate the training needs for new hires as well as tenured agents
- Conduct Train the Trainer programs including periodic refresher training for the training team
Content Creation:

- Audit existing training content
- Design and create training content as required
- Monitor post training assessments and throughputs
People Management:

- Responsible for early retention of trainees
- Manage a team of 6 to 7 trainers
- Managing the key deliverable and performance metrics of the training team
- Closely work with cross functional teams and vendors to ensure organizational objectives are met
Requirements:

- 12 + years of experience in training with at least 5 years of experience in people management
- Strong Design and Facilitation Skills
- Functional Learning Interventions design and roll out would be an added advantage
- Excellent facilitation skills and interpersonal/ communication skills (verbal and written)
