**Junior Document Controller**

**REPORTING**:
**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
Support for all the project documentation works on a daily basis.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Copy, scan and save documents.
- Documents review and editing work as per requirements.
- Preparation and submission of technical documents (Method Statement, Progress Report, Tender supporting Documents, Letter and Transmittals) as per project requirements.
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
- Maintain and update the files as per the project folder structure. (Hardcopy if required).
- Preparation of closing out documents (O&MM, Warranty Certificate, Completion Report, COC & TOC) as per project requirements.
- Prepare and update the documents/transmittals required for submission based on technical information provided by the project team.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the project and the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality on sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Review the sign location plan/message schedule and prepare the quantity list.
- Prepare the comparison sheet as per the contract BOQ and actual work done quantity as per the site.
- Preparation and submission of closing out the documents (O&MM, Warranty Certificate, Completion Report, COC & TOC) as per project requirements.
- Understand a procurement strategy and create a schedule as per the project timeline.
- Prepare and update all the submission regiseters.
- Prepare and update the documents/transmittals for submission based on technical information provided by the project team.

**QUALIFICATION**

Bachelor’s Degree/Above. Having Engineering/CS background will be an added advantage

**EXPERIENCE**

Minimum 1 year in documents controlling/handling

**SKILLS**
- Knowledge of **Aconex** and other electronics submissions-Advantage.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic.
- Data organization skills.
- Proven skill in creating and implementing controlled document processes.
- Work well under pressure and have impressive stress management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding time-management.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient typing and editing skills.
- Skilled user of Adobe and Microsoft Suite **(MS Office and MS Excel).**:

- Knowledge of Electronic Document Systems and web-based tools-Aconex, Unifier, Etc-Advantage.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**

1. Project Documentation.

2. Electronic Documentation.

3. Schedule, plan and manage the daily documentation jobs.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
