- Develop and implement document control and management processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of company records.
- Organize and maintain a central repository for documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
- Update and maintain document databases, tracking revisions, approvals, and versions as necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that documents are correctly formatted, reviewed, approved, and archived.
- Train and educate employees on document control procedures and policies.
- Monitor and enforce document management standards, including naming conventions, file structure, and security protocols.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management regarding document control activities and status.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
