- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality assessments and findings.
- Provide training and support to colleagues and team members on diamond quality control best practices.
- Verification of Audit of Diamond on scheduled basis
- Manage KYC and other documents as per the credit policy
- Ensure Locked custody of Assets in the Business hours in the Branch
- Participate other Branch work for QC of Diamond as and when required as per the direction of Management
- Attend Training and review meeting on a scheduled basis
- Knowledge and experience operating instruments related to QC (Like CVD Detector Machine, Diamond testor, Loop, Microscop & Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Gemmology
- Proven experience as a Diamond Quality Controller or similar role in the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of diamond grading, Quality assesment of old & new diamond studded Jewellery, quality standards, and industry practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in diamond-related documentation.
- Familiarity with financial transactions and documentation specific to diamond trading.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for diamond quality control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional certification in diamond grading or a related field is preferred.
