Bde - Staff Augmentation

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and target potential clients for staff augmentation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Present staff augmentation solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and resource fulfillment.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in staff augmentation or IT services.
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation services and the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and trust.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing business opportunities.
