**Role and Responsibilities**
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for key
account management aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key
clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities for
complementary products or services.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate pilot programs with key clients to
introduce new offerings.
- Proactively address client concerns, implement retention
strategies, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a unified approach,
communicating key client insights for continuous
improvement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
