Job Overview

The Regional Key Account Executive at Reliance Retail is a full-time, mid-level role based in Hyderabad. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field. The role demands strong skills in sales strategy, account management, and market analysis to effectively manage key accounts in the region and drive business growth.


Qualifications and Skills :

  • Proficiency in sales strategy development to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue generation (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in account management to maintain and grow key customer relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and business retention (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong market analysis skills to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for business expansion (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to negotiate effectively to secure favorable terms and conditions in partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders to foster trust, collaboration, and mutual success.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts and solutions to a diverse audience.
  • Proven customer service abilities focused on delivering exceptional support and experience to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions promptly.


Roles and Responsibilities :

1.1. Assist Key Account Manager to deliver volume value business, and profitability against Annual Sales Planning (ASP) for the chain by region.

1.2. Ensure adherence to monthly and daily planning regarding Key Account coverage and product sales.

1.3. Ensure the appointment of Key Accounts like Airport, HoReCa, MT Outlets, etc for marketing Reliance Consumer brands' products.

1.4. Report competition activities and geographical performance monthly to the Key Account Manager, ensuring the implementation of schemes and trade marketing plans in the assigned geography.

1.5. Perform adequate merchandising across key customers.

1.6. Manage inventory levels and sales targets for Key Account Executives, providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders.

  • Improve Customer Engagement in order to develop the Customer Partnership, as well as acquire new customers
