Site Procurement Executive

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Procurement Executive to manage the procurement process for our villa construction projects. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services required for construction, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The Site Procurement Executive will work closely with construction teams and suppliers to support the efficient and cost-effective completion of projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Material Procurement**:
- Identify and source materials, equipment, and services required for villa construction projects.
- Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
- Ensure the procurement of high-quality materials that meet project specifications and standards.
- **Supplier Management**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and service.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery or quality.
- **Order Processing**:
- Prepare and issue purchase orders for materials and services.
- Track and manage the delivery of orders to ensure timely arrival at the construction site.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders and deliveries.
- **Cost Control**:
- Assist in budgeting and cost control by providing accurate cost estimates and tracking expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement activities, including status updates and budget adherence.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Collaborate with construction managers, project managers, and site engineers to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Communicate with internal teams to provide updates on procurement status and address any issues.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to procurement procedures and practices.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or real estate industry. Experience with villa or residential construction projects is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of construction materials, equipment, and services. Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all procurement activities.
