**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Oversight**: Manage day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards and policies.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- **Financial Management**: Develop and manage the site's budget, including forecasting, cost control, and revenue generation.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders associated with the site, addressing concerns, providing updates, and fostering positive relationships.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that products or services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategies to achieve site objectives and contribute to the overall goals of the organization.
- **Communication**: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the site and with other departments or locations within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred for senior-level positions.
- **Experience**: Several years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations management or a related field. Experience in the specific industry or sector of the site is often preferred.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve operations and performance.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving business environments.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with relevant technology and software systems used in operations management, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and productivity tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift, 6 Days a week & 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)
