**Position Title: Procurement Executive**

**Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.**

**Position Overview**:
The Procurement Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring the efficient sourcing of goods and services necessary for the smooth operation of our serviced office spaces. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency.
- Establish procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and transparency.

**2. Supplier Management**:

- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to service level agreements.

**3. Cost Management and Budgeting**:

- Develop and manage procurement budgets in coordination with finance and operational teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**4. Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Establish quality standards and specifications for procured goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify supplier compliance and product/service quality.

**5. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to departments on procurement-related matters.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote alignment and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in the Real estate or Construction Industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
