**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Works with Insights, collects customer knowledge, competition understanding, market projections. Use these insights to **build the overall long term 360-degree Category strategy and vision.** **Act as the business champion for the category,** to ensure everyone is clear on the jobs to be done.
- Work closely across functions and **build a robust Omnichannel Marketing Strategy & Plan.**
- Manage a Team of Marketing Managers working specifically to deliver on the core objectives set across the episodic journey of Consumer Touchpoints - both in terms of Brand & Business KPIs
- Identify Growth Opportunities and drive Growth Initiatives Go to Mkt cross business at the corporate level. Use insights to develop sound, fact-based marketing strategies to drive incremental ROI against business objectives.
- Foresee emerging consumer brands and technology solutions. Plan exemplary experience across each episode of the emerging customer journey through product based agile teams and by leveraging digital platforms and customer data.
- Delivering consistent and personalized brand messaging across online and offline platforms for a superior omni channel customer experience
- **Develop Value Propositions for the Future Mobility business and drive cross division commercial activities to position TVS Motor Company in the market for bringing incremental business growth** through synergizing the approach by launching innovated marketing commercial projects.
- Develop omni-channel (online & retail) marketing strategies that support seasonal and ongoing marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Receive inputs from cross-functional teams including marketing, promotions, visual merchandising, and leadership, and develop strategies to execute meaningful customer experiences effectively & efficiently.
- Partner with all marketing channel leads to establish clear cross-channel customer journeys.
- Oversee a robust test and learn plan to improve messaging, creative, timing, and overall productivity; partner with Analytics to present findings, analysis, and recommendations to leadership.
