POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Associate Category Manager specializing in the Jewelry category, you will be responsible for finding & onboarding brands, driving growth for brands on Eternz and expanding market presence within the jewelry sector. This role requires a keen understanding of consumer trends, competitor analysis, and forging strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and revenue streams. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to execute effective strategies that align with the company's objectives.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an associate Category Manager, you will be an integral part of our category team. Your responsibilities will include:Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies tailored specifically for the jewelry categoryConduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape within the jewelry industryAnalyze market data to uncover opportunities for growth and innovationEstablish and nurture strategic partnerships with brands, jewelry designers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to expand product offerings and market reachNegotiate favorable terms and agreements with brands to ensure profitability and sustainable growthEvaluate brand performance and maintain strong relationships to drive mutual successDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market share growthMonitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and promotional materials to support sales effortsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote jewelry products effectively

DESIRED QUALITFICATIONS:

B.Tech, Bachelor's degree, NIFT Graduates, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the jewelry industry.Previous experience in working for an e-commerce marketplace/business specific to JewelryStrong understanding of jewelry market dynamics, trends, and consumer behavior.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and drive results.Demonstrated track record of building and managing successful partnerships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Willingness to travel as needed.
