NoBroker - Lead - Category Manager

Category Role and Responsibility:


- Owning the overall category strategy Pan India for NoBroker Pay (NoBroker's Financial Services Play), including and not limited to Strategy, Top-line, P&L

- Build customer loyalty to establish NoBroker as the preferred destination for customers across the identified product lines.

- Work closely with the Key Internal stakeholders to drive the business for NoBroker Pay in the relevant categories with focus on growth and increasing the market share.

- Driving traffic, conversion and margin improvements

- Identifying key customer needs and working with internal stakeholders to deliver the right customer experience.

- Performing dive deeps into the multiple elements that govern the growth and profitability of the category through Category Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy aligned with NoBroker's business objectives.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growt opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams(Paid Marketing, Retention marketing & amp; Product) to ensure alignment on category goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize data analytics tools to assess category performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to the management team.

- Make data-driven recommendations to increase category penetration and drive revenue growth.

- Spot and capitalize on category trends.

What are we looking for:

- 2-4 years of work experience preferably in fintech, D2C background

- Eager, committed to excellence and have a consistent track record of strong performance

- Ability to work in an environment that is dynamic, requires solving ambiguous problems and is highly focused on achieving desired outcomes.

- Proactive and results-oriented attitude

- Have an ear to the ground, get your hands dirty, and solve real problems.
