**Inside Sales - Associate Manager / Manager**

**Acuver Consulting **is looking for excellent and energetic **Inside Sales - Associate Manager / Manager** with **2-4** Years of relevant work experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding of sales cycles, including prospecting, communicating, negotiating, and selling on value rather than price. Demonstrating the significance of adhering to predetermined processes and inputs designed to achieve sales-related goals.
- Responsible for inbound and outbound calls to the designated clients. Create sales prospects through market research, relationship-building techniques, and the dissemination of technical details and explanations.
- Developing and maintaining a healthy client relationship with the goal of long-term benefits for both the client and the advertiser.
- Ability to understand key client objections, clarify their concerns, and use product knowledge and vendor-led training to alleviate these concerns and advance the sales cycle.
- Analyze and monitor the ad campaign's effectiveness. Determine whether the campaign is performing as expected, and if not, what changes can be recommended to increase profit for the advertiser and the client.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and drivers clearly and effectively, emphasizing the value added to advertisers by implementing new/existing features.

Desired Skills
- Excellent client-facing skills, including the ability to meet and present to clients (ideally with prior experience dealing with similar types/levels of contact).
- Strong commercial skills, including knowledge of the sales process (ideally gained within a similar, commercial environment).
- Demonstrate Account Management skills in developing and retaining key accounts.
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills

Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Experience in the lead generation/Market research field preferred
- Experience in managing international clients preferred
- Experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales
- Interest in sales field

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Enterprise sales: 2 years (preferred)
